VSSL offers free standard shipping on all merchandise orders that are $99 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $99, there is a delivery charge mentioned above. Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes. We are unable to ship to International P.O. Boxes.

NOTE: VSSL Camp Supplies, Fire Starter Supply Pack and Fire Starting Tin can only be shipped via ground service as they contain matchsticks.

We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however, transit times can take longer than mentioned above.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the customs charges are not paid, the order will be returned back to VSSL.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a VSSLGEAR.ca account. Log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking to find out the status of your order. Return Policy

To request a return, please complete our Return Request Form.

 

We offer a 30 day return policy on unused purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less a restocking fee, and shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Survival Light Products Inc. (DBA VSSL) will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.

 

If returning, please note we cannot refund items that were not packaged well enough to survive the trip back to us. Products must be shipped in original product packing, with packing slip included and an appropriate shipping box. Products returned solely in product packaging or in improper shipping boxes may not be accepted.
